Price Lock Guarantee

Builders generally lock in their project contract price at the beginning of their projects, and aren’t able to adjust their contract prices later. Dakota Craft wants to help our customers by taking the market pricing risk away.

We give our customers a PRICE LOCK GUARANTEE. The unit pricing on our quotations is guaranteed for 30 days. Plus, if you purchase the entire material package on your quote, we will hold those quoted unit prices for 120 days from the quotation date.

Quantities of materials may vary from the estimate, depending on specific building practices and other factors outside our control, so the quantities of items may vary from the original quote. You will be charged for the actual quantities of materials you use.

Large commercial jobs may follow different schedules, and may be subject to different conditions.
