Rapid Return Guarantee

When builders have products on their jobsites that need to be returned, they depend on their supplier to pick them up quickly and to process the credits promptly.

That is why Dakota Craft provides a RAPID RETURN GUARANTEE. Once you call Dakota Craft to request that we pick up a product for return, we will pick it up from your jobsite within three business days. If it takes longer, we will credit an extra $20 per extra day that it remains on your site.

If the product is an item we stock in our warehouse, we will process that credit to your account (or provide you with a non-credit explanation) within three business days of pickup, with the same $20 per extra day credit guarantee. We will work with our vendors to process your credit for non-stock items as quickly as possible.
