Accurate Delivery Guarantee

Builders depend on the correct products being delivered on time. Late deliveries and missing or incorrect products can result in extra crane charges and lost labor expense. Project schedules may need to be adjusted, perhaps even resulting in an ultimate delay in project completion.

That is why we provide our customers an ACCURATE DELIVERY GUARANTEE. When Dakota Craft promises a Guaranteed Delivery Date, your shipment is guaranteed to arrive that day—complete and correct—or we will give you a $50 credit on that invoice.

The Guaranteed Delivery Date will be provided to you after you place your order. We will have the proper products delivered to your jobsite by 5:00 pm on that date. Delays that arise as a result of circumstances beyond Dakota Craft’s control may require us to reschedule and issue a new Guaranteed Delivery Date.
