Builders rely on the components we manufacture to provide their buildings with a solid structural framework.

That is why we stand behind our manufactured truss products with a 15-YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE. If you experience problems due to a structural defect in our trusses or wall panels within 15 years of their manufacture, Dakota Craft will repair or replace them at no cost to you.

This guarantee remains in effect for trusses that are properly handled and installed, are modified only as directed by Dakota Craft, and are used only in the manner intended. Also, drywall cracks caused by partition separation cannot be eliminated in truss design or manufacture, so are not covered by this guarantee.

The wood products we use are susceptible to weathering and moisture effects. We do our best to select straight, dry lumber with no evidence of mold growth. Once our products leave our facilities, we are unable to control their exposure to moisture, and cannot prevent nor be responsible for twisting, mold growth, and other weather-caused degradation. For these reasons, Dakota Craft cannot be held responsible for these types of potential problems if our products are not installed and protected from weather within 30 days of the date of manufacture.
